On Saturday the 30th August 2008 Bob appeared on a joint bill with the international duo "Sister Act" at the American Canadian Lodge Spessart 875 and the German Lodge Post Nubila Phoebus 's annual Summer Pig-Nic event in Harreshausen, Germany.

The two lodges do much charity work and one of their current major projects is supporting a school for under privileged children in Hungary. The event was a great day out for all the family and everyone is looking forward to next years event. 100 videos! Yes it's official. There are now 100 videos on Bob's video site at  youtube. On top of his "Legend in his own living room" series which now consists of 38 unplugged songs all written by Bob, there are a further 62 videos including live performances from Bob's solo show, archive material from Bob's former groups such as Chevy, Red On Red, Shark Sandwich and a single vid of Bob playing in Germany with Billy Rankin of Nazareth fame. Almost all the songs featured are either written or co-written by Bob including tracks from Side By Side where Bob sang and played lead guitar and bass as well as produced and MelanieDe' Vall for whom Bob wrote, produced and played bass and sang backing vocals and not forgetting the wonderful voice of Claudia Ritter singing two of Bob's songs. Bob would welcome comments on these songs either at the youtube site or in his guest book.

The Gumboday tour has started with extremely positive reactions. After their first gig last Monday 24th March,  Bob Poole and Theresa Schyadre had trouble leaving the stage as the people called for more.
